The Manitoba Institute of Culinary Arts hosted and organized another four-week fine-dining restaurant from Jan. 20 to Feb. 14.

Students and staff worked together to present a fusion of nouvelle and classic cuisine in the historic Grey Owl dining room at the institute.

This annual tradition is a much anticipated Brandon favourite and tickets sell out quickly year after year.

I was invited to dine with a group in the private dining room this year and the experience was amazing.

From the presentation to the taste and the amazing servers, I had a wonderful evening.
