BROSSARD – Montreal Canadiens forward Zachary Bolduc is out day-to-day with a lower-body injury, the NHL club announced Friday.
The 22-year-old from Trois-Rivières, Que., had 19 goals and 17 assists in 72 games with the St. Louis Blues last season, his first full campaign in the NHL.
Seven of his goals came on the power-play, including six after the mid-season 4 Nations Face-Off.

Bolduc was selected 17th overall by St. Louis in the 2021 NHL draft.
The Canadiens acquired Bolduc in a July 1 trade with the Blues for defenceman Logan Mailloux.
Montreal opens its 2025-26 season Wednesday at Toronto.
