QUÉBEC – Alexis Bourque’s power-play goal at 18:31 of the third period lifted the visiting Victoriaville Tigres to a wild 5-3 victory over the Quebec Remparts in Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League action on Saturday.
Alexey Vlasov scored two power-play goals for the Tigres (4-3-0-0), while Korney Korneyev netted a single, also with the man advantage. Egor Shilov scored into an empty net and added four assists, while Matheo Lepage chipped in with a pair of helpers.
Maddox Dagenais had a goal and assist for the Remparts (4-4-1-0), while Alex Desruisseaux and Eliott Simard netted singles. The Remparts took a 2-1 lead into the third period.
The Tigres, who went 4-for-9 on the power play, were outshot 39-28.
Goaltender Gabriel D’Aigle stopped 36 of 39 shots for the Tigres.
Netminder Louis-Antoine Denault stopped 23 of 27 shots for the Remparts

SYDNEY, N.S. — Reece Peitzsche and Romain Litalien each scored in the shootout to lift the Cape Breton Eagles to a 3-2 win over the visiting Rouyn-Noranda Huskies.
Noah Jettelson and Jacob De Ladurantaye scored in regulation time for the Eagles (2-3-1-2), who were outshot 36-20.
William Vezina and Samuel Beauchemin scored for the Huskies (5-1-2-1), who trailed 2-1 heading into the third period.
The Eagles were 0-for-2 on the power play, while the Huskies went 1-for-3.
Eagles netminder Felix Hamel stopped 34 of 36 shots, while Alexandre Raymond stopped 18 of 20 for the Huskies.

HALIFAX, N.S. — Alex Mercier had a goal and two assists as the visiting Moncton Wildcats edged the Halifax Mooseheads 5-4.
Kuzma Voronin, Grayden Robertson-Palmer, Niko Tournas and Simon Binkley also scored for the Wildcats (4-2-2-0), who led 2-1 after the first period and 3-2 heading into the third. Aiden Diamond chipped in with two assists.
Amelio Santini, Oleg Kulebyakin, Daniel Walters and Liam Kilfoil scored for the Mooseheads (5-3-0-0), who were outshot 31-20. Eddy Doyle chipped in with two assists.
The Wildcats went 1-for-3 on the power play while the Mooseheads were 0-for-2.

SAINT JOHN, N.B. — The visiting Rimouski Oceanic spotted the Saint John Sea Dogs and early two-goal lead and then stormed back to record a 3-2 victory.
Lou Levesque, Liam Lefebvre and Alex Masse scored for the Oceanic (4-4-0-1), who were outshot 36-25.
Egan Beveridge and Angelo Fullerton scored for the Sea Dogs (4-3-1-0), who led 2-0 after the first period but trailed 3-2 heading into the third. Olivier Groulx chipped in with two assists.
The Sea Dogs went 0-for-6 on the power play while the Oceanic went 0-for-2.
