VAL-D’OR, Que. – Emile Beaunoyer made 35 saves, Nathan Brisson scored the winning goal and the Val-d’Or Foreurs edged the visiting Quebec Remparts 3-1 in Quebec Maritimes Junior Hockey League action on Saturday at Centre Agnico Eagle.
Philippe Veilleux and Donovan Arsenault also scored for the Foreurs (22-25-5-1), who were outshot 36-26. Benjamin Cossette-Ayotte and William Bishop each chipped in with two assists.
Raphael Messier scored for the Remparts (20-28-2-4), who trailed 1-0 after the first period and 2-0 heading into the third.
The Foreurs went 0-for-2 on the power play, while the Remparts were 0-for-3.

BOISBRIAND, Que. — Mavrik Lachance’s second goal of the game, scored at 1:34 of overtime, lifted the visiting Sherbrooke Phoenix to a 5-4 win over the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada.
Robin Benoit, Olivier Lampron and Alexis Doucet also scored for the Phoenix (29-18-2-4), who got two assists from Hugo Primeau and Louis-Alex Tremblay.
Eliot Litalien had two goals and an assist for the West Division-leading Armada (31-17-4-1), while Brayden Besner and Egor Goriunov netted singles.
Both teams had 31 shots on goal.

RIMOUSKI, Que. — Alexis Bernier scored at 2:15 of overtime to lift the visiting Baie-Comeayu Drakkar to a 4-3 victory over the Rimouski Oceanic.
Samuel Boisvert, Alexis Michaud and Louis-Charles Plourde also scored for the Drakkar (31-19-3-1), who were outshot 39-27. Drakkar goaltender Lucas Beckman kicked out 36 of 39 shots.
Jonathan Fauchon, Maxime Coursol and Mael St-Denis scored for the East Division-leading Oceanic (38-12-2-2).

Enzo Lottin, Thomas Gagnon and Maddox Labre also scored for the Tigres (15-35-1-3), who outshot the hosts 34-18.
