The Royal Manitoba Winter Fair is over for another year — six days of action-packed entertainment for all ages that took place March 28-April 2.
Each night, a VIP dinner was held to recognize significant sponsors of the fair, which is a longtime tradition to honour the supporters as they make the fair possible.
What can people expect when they come to the Winter Fair? Trade shows, daily horse competitions, ag competitions and demos, and family entertainment, such as Doodles the Clown and Fred Penner, the President’s Choice SuperDogs presented by Manitoba Hydro, the 43rd annual fiddlers contest, the Barn Bar and so much more!
Fair representatives said there were approximately 110,000 visits to this year’s event at the Keystone Centre.
“We truly are proud to be part of Brandon, and we couldn’t operate without the support that we get from businesses and from individuals all through this part of Manitoba,” said Ron Kristjansson, general manager of the Provincial Exhibition.
