QUÉBEC – Ann-Renee Desbiens stopped 26 shots to lead the Montreal Victoire past the Vancouver Goldeneyes 1-0 on Sunday in the Professional Women’s Hockey League.
Desbiens registered her third career PWHL shutout.
Nicole Gosling had the lone goal for Montreal (4-2-0-4, 16 points). Gosling scored at 12:17 of the second period, her first of the season.
Emerance Maschmeyer made 25 saves for Vancouver (3-1-1-7, 12 points).
